Common Questions

These are the questions most businesses ask before getting started with TrueFive.

Billing & Payments

How billing works, when you are charged, and what counts as billable.

Billing is automatically charged to the card on file at the end of the billing period. Most billing periods are monthly, meaning you are charged at the end of the month for valid reviews generated during the previous billing period.
Our standard pricing is $10 per verified Google review. Unless your agreement says otherwise, you only pay for valid Google reviews added to your Google Business Profile through the TrueFive system.
A review is generally considered billable when it is added to your Google Business Profile and can reasonably be attributed to outreach sent through TrueFive, including our review link, messaging campaign, or customer follow-up process.
No. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, only Google reviews are valid for TrueFive billing. Reviews left on Facebook, Yelp, BBB, Trustpilot, internal surveys, or other platforms are not counted as billable TrueFive reviews.
TrueFive is designed to be simple and performance-based. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, there are no setup fees, no long-term contract, and no monthly minimum.

Refunds & Removed Reviews

What happens if a review disappears or gets removed after billing.

If a review generated through our link or outreach system is later removed from your Google Business Profile, reach out to us. We will review the situation and, when applicable, issue a refund or credit for that review.

To help us verify it quickly, send us the customer name if available, the approximate date the review was posted, and any screenshots you have.

Contact TrueFive and let us know which review was removed. We will verify whether the review was generated through our system and whether it qualifies for a refund or account credit.
Yes. Google controls its own review platform and may filter, remove, delay, or hide reviews at its discretion. TrueFive does not control whether Google publishes or keeps a review live.

Reviews & Results

What we can and cannot guarantee about review quality.

No. TrueFive does not guarantee that reviews will be positive, five-star, favorable, or beneficial. We help you request honest Google reviews from real customers. Customers are free to leave their honest experience.
No. TrueFive does not write, create, buy, or post reviews. Reviews must come from real customers who choose to leave their own honest feedback.
No. TrueFive is built around honest review outreach. We do not use fake reviews, review buying, or review gating. The system is designed to help real customers leave real feedback.
More real reviews can help improve trust and credibility, but TrueFive does not guarantee rankings, search visibility, leads, revenue, or placement on Google. Results depend on many factors outside of our control.

Setup & Integrations

How we connect TrueFive to your current customer flow.

We learn how your customer flow works, decide when review requests should be sent, connect your CRM or customer list where possible, and create a review outreach process that fits your business.
In many cases, yes. We can work with CRMs directly when supported, or use tools like Zapier when needed. If a direct integration is not possible, we can discuss manual or spreadsheet-based options.
Sometimes. If your CRM can be connected, customer data may flow automatically. If not, you may need to provide a customer list or completed job list so review outreach can be sent.
Usually we need the customer's name, phone number or email, and enough information to know when the customer should receive a review request. Your business is responsible for making sure customer data can be used for review outreach or service follow-up.

Support & Account Management

What happens after your review system is live.

Unless your agreement says otherwise, you can cancel anytime. You are still responsible for valid reviews generated before cancellation.
Yes. If you need to pause outreach because of seasonality, operational issues, staffing, or customer service concerns, contact us and we can pause or adjust the campaign.
TrueFive is best for reputable businesses that already do good work and want a consistent way to ask real customers for honest Google reviews. It is not meant for businesses trying to hide poor service or manipulate ratings.
