These Terms explain how TrueFive works, what clients are responsible for, how billing works, and what limitations apply to our review outreach services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrueFive's website, review outreach services, CRM integrations, communications, reporting, and related services.
By using TrueFive, scheduling a consultation, signing up for services, connecting a CRM, submitting customer data, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using TrueFive on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
TrueFive provides business-to-business review outreach services designed to help businesses request honest Google reviews from real customers.
Services may include customer list intake, CRM connection, review request messaging, follow-up messaging, reporting, review verification, billing support, and related account management.
TrueFive does not create, write, post, purchase, sell, or guarantee reviews. TrueFive only helps clients request honest reviews from real customers.
TrueFive cannot and does not guarantee that any review will be positive, favorable, five-star, or beneficial to your business.
Customers are free to leave their honest opinions, including positive, neutral, or negative feedback. Client agrees that TrueFive's role is to facilitate review outreach, not to control the content, rating, tone, or outcome of any review.
Client understands that requesting honest reviews may result in reviews below five stars or feedback that the client disagrees with.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TrueFive charges per valid review added to the client's Google Business Profile as a result of TrueFive's review outreach system.
The standard rate is $10 per valid Google review unless a different rate is agreed upon in writing.
A review is considered billable when it is published on the client's Google Business Profile and can reasonably be attributed to outreach sent through TrueFive's system, link, campaign, or process.
Client agrees to maintain a valid payment method and authorizes TrueFive or its payment processor to charge amounts due for services. Late, failed, disputed, or reversed payments may result in paused services, account suspension, collections activity, or termination.
Refunds or credits may be available if a review that was billed to the client is later removed from the client's Google Business Profile and the review was originally generated through TrueFive's review link, outreach campaign, or system.
To request a refund or credit, client must notify TrueFive within 30 days of discovering the removal and provide reasonable evidence that the review was removed.
TrueFive may verify the removal before issuing a refund or account credit. At TrueFive's discretion, the remedy may be a refund, invoice credit, or offset against future charges.
Refunds or credits are not available for reviews removed due to client misconduct, platform violations, review manipulation, incentives, customer disputes, inaccurate client data, or any action outside TrueFive's reasonable control.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TrueFive's performance-based billing applies only to reviews published on the client's Google Business Profile.
Reviews left on Facebook, Yelp, BBB, Trustpilot, Angi, HomeAdvisor, Nextdoor, private surveys, internal feedback forms, or any other platform are not considered valid billable reviews under these Terms unless separately agreed in writing.
TrueFive is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by Google.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services may be cancelled at any time. Client remains responsible for all valid charges incurred before cancellation.
TrueFive may pause, suspend, or terminate services for failed payments, unlawful activity, compliance concerns, misuse, inaccurate customer data, reputational risk, platform policy concerns, or violation of these Terms.
